Refund policy
You can return or exchange any item within 5 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The customer covers the shipping cost for returns and exchanges.
How to return:
1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email, with your order number.
2. We will send you the return details.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or prepare your exchange.
Refunds are made through the original payment method: an InstaPay transfer, or cash for Cash on Delivery orders.
